Orlando Health Benefits
Orlando Health employees get dental insurance. This is available for employees and their families with dental illness. Vision Insurance is a benefit for the employees who have any sight challenge. Orlando Health also provides life insurance. There is also a death benefit for affected employees. This covers any occurrence of death. Also, there is a secured pension plan.
Medical Benefits
They offer EPO (Exclusive Provider Organization). The EPO gives the highest level of benefit using-in-network providers. In this plan, there are no out-of-network benefits. It is only on an emergency while traveling outside the coverage area. Select areas available: Orange, Osceola, Lake counties, and Seminole.
Orlando Health High Deductible Health Plan

Health Savings Account (HSA)
The Health Savings Account can be combined with the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). It is also offered by Orlando but with some restrictions. As a team member, you are not eligible to have a Health Savings Account. But, you can have a tax advantage if you choose to contribute to one.
Dental
This program is available for employees with their families. Members get three dental plan options through Cigna’s Core Network. Cigna is one of the biggest networks in Florida. It is a voluntary plan, and employees can opt-out any day. It includes two dental DPPO plans and a DHMO.
Life Events
This life event package is not always open; you will be picked for it. When picked, your selection remains valid for the remaining calendar year. Unless there is a modification in your life status. This effect changes your benefit plan if you marry or get a divorce. It also affects employees who give birth or legally adopt. Those who have custody of an eligible dependent or are on an unpaid leave also enjoy it. Other situations are if you change from part-time to full- time and if your spouse or a dependent dies.
Note: If there are any changes in state, you must notify the Human Resources, Solution Centre. This will be in writing and must be done within 31 days of the date of the change in status or lifestyle. This notification must be supported with documents to show authentication.
Disabilities
Benefit is available to full time and variable full-time team members only. If the injuries are non-work related injuries or sickness, there will be a 60% payment of the team member’s base earnings. This will cover up to $1,000 weekly.

Types of Disabilities There are two types of disabilities. The short term and the long term. If it is a short term disability, the benefit is available to team members during the first six months of leave. The team member pays for the cost of the benefit after this. There are three waiting periods available of 15, 30, and 60 days.
1.1.Long Term
Under this plan, Orlando Health pays for the cost of the benefit. A team member is eligible to benefit after 180 days of persistent or total disability.
Retirement Savings Plan
This is otherwise called RSP. It offers the opportunity to save ahead of the retirement period. You enjoy great tax advantage and employer contributions.
All team members are eligible to contribute to their Retirement Savings Plan. Each team member is automatically registered in the plan at 2%.
It begins on the 31st day of employment. It increases automatically yearly by 1% up to 6%. Orlando Health gives $50 for every 1% up to 3% of eligible compensation.
It is given after a team member completes 1,000 hours of service and is active for 12 months. This starts on the day of employment and will enable a member to save 10.25% every pay-day towards retirement.
This is if you take advantage of it by paying at least 6%. Team members are always 100% vested in their accounts and get a 403(b). Members get ownership of Orlando Health Contributions through the 401(a) account.
Leave Benefit
Orlando Health Centre also offers time benefits for their workers. There is a paid vacations of 120 hours for employees. Also, there is a week vacation during the December holiday or the new year. Other leave benefits include:

Team members have 15 calendar days from the date of employment to enroll in benefits. When you enroll, remember to click “Submit” and “Confirm.”
